Capturing Community Voice:


It all began with an ongoing canvass by having door-to- door surveys of every household. The canvass was comprehensive with over 350 questions. The canvass was committed to giving a voice to every neighbor. During the canvass, each participant was given $10 grocery certificate. The questions in the canvass addresses health & social service issues. To this date, we have completed hundreds of canvasses which are updated periodically.


Turning Needs into Programs:


We analyze the needs of the people in the neighborhood using the canvasses done during surveys. Using these, we convene Advisory councils and work with neighbors to create solutions
